As part of a larger rebranding effort, CCV wanted to introduce a new slogan with the redesigned logo and brand promise. The team had several options and wanted feedback from business users in the etail and hospitality sectors.
- Which slogan(s) best match(es) the new branding, given CCV heritage? Why?
- And, which best conveys the new brand promise? Why?
The outcome
The research outcomes enabled the team to move forward to finish the rebranding design package. They the input from participants during the 5hellos sessions, CCV was able to:
- Decide on the final 2 winning slogans
- Adjust the final slogans based on the input
- Run an A/B test on line to measure conversion
The nitty gritty

- 5 retail & hospitality entrepreneurs
- 5 questions asked beforehand about different slogan options
- Session explored best fit with branding and audience
