About the Role
As a (Senior) Research Consultant, you lead 5hellos projects end-to-end and take full ownership of client delivery. You report directly to the management team. Acting as the central hub of your projects, you collaborate closely with the Client Director, Research Director, and panel team. You independently manage projects across customer research and consulting. From initial setup and client engagement to execution and reporting, ensuring successful outcomes and managing the junior support staff.
In this role on full-time basis, you would manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines, navigating a dynamic, agile environment with ease. You effectively balance speed with quality while maintaining a clear overview at all times.
You are able to translate the broader context of research into practical, actionable insights. Managing client relationships comes naturally to you. You stand out through your proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, creative thinking, quick analytical ability, and hands-on approach.
What we're looking for?
Our Senior Research Consultant:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. economics, psychology, marketing, research)
- 3 –10 years of experience in marketing, strategy consulting, service design, or market research
- Experience working on research-related projects
- Experience managing projects and client relationships independently
- Strong skills in writing and presenting reports
- Excellent analytical thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both with clients and within the team
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, including in a remote setting
- A flexible, hands-on, and "can-do" mindset.
